Patient is a 57-year-old female who had a previous mid-facelift and browlift by another surgeon who feels that she is losing definition of her cheekbones and jawline. Specifically she would like to address the hollowness beneath her eyes, the hollowing of her cheeks with early jowl formation, and the laxity of her neck. She wants to appear younger and more angular as she used to.

High SMAS Facelift, lateral temporal brow elevation, lower blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the face for a total of 23.5 cc including forehead, upper and lower eyes, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and chin. Of note is the improvement of the midface with the extended SMAS facelift procedure that I perform, which recruits tissue into this area replacing the need for older “midface lift” procedures.

56-year-old female who desires to appear younger and more beautiful. She stated that she used to have very defined bone structure with prominent cheekbones, a graceful neck and sharp jawline and has noticed these features have become very weak. She is bothered by her uneven eyebrows and vanishing lips and would like look refreshed without looking operated on.

47-year-old female who feels that over the last 3-4 years she has lost the angularity and voluptuousness of her facial features and dislikes that she always looks tired. 59-year-old female who modeled when she was younger. Specifically, she felt that she looked a bit tired and serious, and she did not like her face falling. She wanted to look like she did in her modeling days.

She desires a better defined neck and wants to appear both younger and more attractive.

69-year-old female who underwent a previous facelift approximately 15 years ago, and desires to freshen-up. Specifically, she feels that her would like her eyes to “sparkle” again, and desires to achieve better definition of her cheeks, jawline, and neck.
