She misses appearing vital and attractive, as this was once part of her identity.  Photos were taken 6 months after surgery.

She felt that it deviated to the right, was over-projecting, and the tip was bulbous and unrefined. She tried to avoid photographs taken from her side, and was constantly filtering them when she saw them on her phone. She was not happy with the width of her nose and that it turned down when she smiled. She wanted a smaller and more feminine nose that appeared perky and pretty.

Patient is a 24-year-old nurse who underwent a previous rhinoplasty by another surgeon who despite his confidence and assurances, was not successful in making the patient happy. She specifically did not like her flat and masculine appearing nose that lacked feminine tip projection and did not appear “perky” as she was promised.
