Patient is a 68-year-old male who is status post-facial rejuvenation about 20 years ago.He desires to look younger and more attractive as he is involved in a very youthful industry.Specifically he does not like the lack of definition of his cheekbones and neck and wants to address his down-turned mouth, all of which make him look tired when he is not. He feels that his brow looks especially heavy and his eyes have lost the shape and sparkle they had when he was younger.
High SMAS Facelift with partial removal of superficial submandibular gland to improve jawline definition, coronal browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, autogenous fat transfer to the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, and corners of mouth.He also underwent nasal tip rhinoplasty to narrow the nasal tip to more appropriately match facial proportions.
