Patient is a 54-year-old male who is a seasoned actor who feels that he is looking progressively older and more fatigued appearing, which is affecting his confidence. Specifically he wants to address his upper and lower eyes and regain their shape and crispness, along with redefining he prominent chin and jawline that used to photograph so well. He specifically does not want to address his brow wrinkles as he utilizes these areas for unique expressiveness that is his trademark. He desires to look younger and more handsome without signs of surgery.
High SMAS Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, and autologous fat transfer to the face for a total of 20cc including lower eyes, midface, and jawline. He also underwent perioral erbium laser to address the wrinkles around his mouth.
