Patient is a 46-year-old Belgian male who works as an international art buyer in a very youthful industry.He reflects that he was very handsome when he was younger and wishes to regain the angularity and striking features that he once had.Specifically he dislikes the heaviness of his brow, his prominent jowls and full neck that make him appear both tired and angry.He feels that he is looking like his father who is much older. He desires to have a more contoured face, with youthful angularity and definition, much like he had fifteen to twenty years ago.
High SMAS Facelift, Coronal browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, buccal fat pad removal, and fat transfer to the face for a total of 22cc including the lower eyes, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and jawline.To increase lip definition he also underwent upper and lower lip augmentation with permalip implants.He is extremely happy with result and feels that this has renewed his confidence and as he feels both younger and more handsome.
