This patient is a 73-year-old male with significant bags of the upper and lower eyes that made him look much older than he felt. He works out diligently and follows a healthy diet and would like to appear younger but has been reluctant to pursue cosmetic treatment of his eyes as he had seen some “pretty scary” results. He wanted to appear younger, more handsome, and natural without tell-tale signs of having had work performed.
Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy and autogenous fat transfer to the periorbital region for a total of 6cc.
