Patient is a 53 year-old female who would like to have a more defined jawline and neck as she had when she was younger.  In the last 5 years she has noticed jowl formation and sagging of the neck that makes her feel old and unattractive and would like to have surgically corrected.

Procedure:  Platysmaplasty (Necklift) with contouring of subplatysmal structures including fat and submandibular glands.  Photos are 3 months post-surgery and she is extremely happy with her results, feeling much more confident and definitely more attractive.
