Patient is a 58 year-old female who has the same neck as her mother and sisters, that is a neck that despite being physically fit, lacks definition and makes her look much older that she feels.  She desires more definition of her jawline and neck, but would like to avoid a formal necklift in the operating room.  She also would like to address her hollow lower eyes that make her appear tired when she is not.

Procedure:  My Ellevate percutaneous neck rejuvenation with 40cc liposuction of neck and InMode FaceTite radiofrequency skin tightening.  She also had 8.5cc of fat injected into periorbital and lip areas.  Photographs are 9 days post procedure (Performed in office under local anesthesia).  She is absolutely delighted with her results, and further neck definition and skin tightening can be expected.
