40-year-old female who felt that she had aged rapidly in the last few years and desired to have some “freshening up”. She wanted to address the lax skin of her face, and would like address the early jowls and loss of definition she was seeing. She wanted surgery to be performed in the office if possible.
Mini Facelift (cheeklift) with fat transfer to the chin and jawline. Surgery was performed in the office under local anesthesia with oral sedation.
