Patient is a 41-year-old male who had a desire to address his lower eyes which he felt made him look tired and exhausted. He wanted his eyes to appear crisper, as they have always been a source of compliments that he no longer receives.
Bilateral transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with autogenous fat transfer to the lower eyes, midface, and cheekbones for a total of 9cc. There were no external facial scars from this operation.
