Patient is a 73-year-old female who had a previous facelift 20 years ago and overtime since them she began to feel that she looked quite old and unhealthy. Specifically, she disliked the sagging skin on her face and her lack of facial volume, making her appear very gaunt. She referred back to photos of herself at a younger age, and knew she used to be beautiful and wanted to recapture this. She had always had difficulty putting on considerable weight as she has a high metabolism and very active lifestyle. High SMAS Facelift with autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 87cc including upper and lower eyes, temples, cheekbones and cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and upper and lower lips.
