Patient is a 61 year-old female who feels that she looks old and tired, and lacks the definition of her lower face that she had as a younger woman. People are constantly asking if she is either tired or angry. She would like to look softer, prettier, with better definition of the wonderful bone structure she previously enjoyed. She does not want a full facelift, being afraid of “the word”, and wants a shorter recovery. Her neck is not a concern to her.
Procedure: Gen-X-Lift with internal tightening of the cheeks, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Transpalpebral Removal of Corregator Muscles, Autogenous Fat Transfer for a total of 19cc injected to the lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, lips and jawline. She also had erbium laser resurfacing of the lower eyes. Photos are 3 months post-surgery. She is extremely happy with her results.
