Patient is 70 year-old who had undergone previous facial rejuvenation and wanted a “tune-up”
She feels that she has lost definition of her jawline with the presence of new jowls, and wants to address the extra skin around her mouth. She specifically wanted a procedure that could be performed in the office under local anesthesia with minimal downtime.
Procedure: Gen-X-Lift with tightening of the SMAS to provide elevation of the corners of the mouth, performed in the office under local anesthesia with oral sedation. She simultaneously had a 35% TCA peel to address the fine wrinkling of her eyes. Recovery was one week when all sutures were removed with rapid return to normal social activities. She is delighted with the results and photos are 1 month post-surgery.
