Patient is a 71-year-old female who had a full facelift 15 years ago. Currently she is bothered by the significant loss of volume of her face, making her features appear unremarkable. She does not like sagging of her cheeks and lack of definition of her jawline and mouth. She has developed significant fine wrinkles of her entire face with irregular sunspots. She feels that she looks like a “little old lady”, but does not feel that way. She wants a procedure with less downtime than full facial rejuvenation.

GenXLift including Short scar facelift with SMASectomy, fat transfer to the face for a total of 35cc including upper and lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, lips, and temples. Patient also underwent a Four Day Laser Peel which includes Erbium MicrolaserPeel and ProFractional modes. Post operative photos are 9 days post surgery.
