Patient is a 43-year-old female who desires to look more youthful and less fatigued. Specifically, she does not like the hollowness beneath her eyes, and the cheek laxity that is beginning to form jowls and diminish the crisp jawline and neck she had when she was younger. She also wants to soften her nasolabial folds, and add volume to her upper and lower lips with minimal downtime as she is getting married in 6 weeks.

GenXLift™ consisting of a short-scar facelift with tightening of the deep layer of facial tissues, autologous fat transfer to the lower eyes, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and perioral region. Patient also had a 35% TCA chemical peel. Photographs are approximately 2 weeks after surgery.
