Patient is a 75-year-old female who underwent a previous facelift and wanted some “freshening” of her face without going to the operating room. Specifically, she wanted to address her jowls and loss of volume beneath her eyes and along her cheekbones and cheeks. She was bothered by the wrinkles around her mouth but was not greatly concerned about her neck laxity.
GenXLift (minifacelift with lateral SMASectomy), with autogogous fat transfer to the face for a total of 23cc including midface, cheeks, upper and lower lips, and corners of the mouth. The patient also underwent Erbium laser resurfacing of the lower eyes and perioral region. Procedures were performed in the office under local anesthesia with oral sedation.
