Patient is a 75-year-old woman who lost her spouse over the last few years. She would companionship but feels a bit insecure about her appearance. She would like to address her deep nasolabial folds, along with the jowls and loss of volume of her perioral region and lips. She is self-conscience about the wrinkles around her mouth and just does not feel attractive. She would like to address these concerns in the office if possible in order to contain costs if possible.

GenXLift (cheeklift with SMASectomy) with Erbium laser resurfacing of the upper and lower eyes and perioral region, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 19cc including naslolabial folds, perioral region, upper and lower lips. These procedures were performed in the office under local anesthesia with oral sedation. She was incredibly delighted with the results.
