Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 265348
Patient is a 22 year-old female who desires a more feminine and elegant appearing nose. She does not like the masculine appearing nasal dorsum with an obvious bump that makes her quite self-conscious. She feels that her nose is a bit crooked and lacks elegant transition to a bulbous nasal tip that she dislikes. She would like a “perky” nose that better accentuates her cheekbones and lips that she is often complemented on.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with narrowing and straightening of nasal bones and reduction of nasal hump. Internal cartilage grafts were placed to support and accentuate her new dorsal aesthetic lines, and her nasal tip cartilages were contoured through suture and reduction techniques. Photographs are 5 months post-surgery, and she is extremely delighted with her new nose revealing that “this is the nose I wish I were born with”.
