Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 290028
Patient is a 39 year-old female who has forever desired a more elegant and feminine appearing nose that better complements her facial features. Specifically she does not like her broad nose with significant crookedness, dorsal hump, and downturned nasal tip that is more pronounced when she smiles. She would like a natural appearing nose that makes her look more attractive.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with straightening of nasal bones and cartilages and reduction of dorsal hump. The nasal tip was shortened and rotated, and the nasal tip cartilages were contoured utilizing cartilage reduction and suture techniques. Internal cartilage grafts were placed to maintain shape and breathing. Autogenous fat was injected to the face for a total of 16cc including the lower eyes, cheekbones, midface, and nasolabial folds to improve facial contours and provide aesthetic proportions. Photos are 4 months post-surgery and she is extremely happy with her results. She has shared that she truly feels beautiful now, has increased self-confidence and no longer dislikes having her photo taken, in fact, looks forward to it now!
