Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 332045
Patient is a 41 year-old female who has forever been extremely self-conscious about her large nose. She avoids having her photo taken, and does not like people to dwell on either side of her as she dislikes her large dorsal hump and over-projecting nasal tip. She feels that her nose looks masculine and unrefined, and desires a softer and more feminine nose that better complements her facial features.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with reduction of dorsal hump, narrowing of nasal bones and nasal cartilages to create pleasant dorsal aesthetic lnes, and contouring of nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. The over-projecting nasal tip was shortened and long-term stability was ensured with the placement of internal cartilage grafts. Photos are 3 months post-surgery, and the patient is delighted as this was a life-altering event.
