19-year-old female who desired a more elegant nose. She was 5’10” tall and wanted a possible career in modeling. It was suggested that she add lip augmentation to the nasal surgery, and that she lose a small amount of weight to further define her facial bone structure.
Rhinoplasty with refinement of the nasal tip and nasal dorsum and lip augmentation with placement of alloderm® grafts. (The patient went on to a successful modeling career)
