Patient is a 50-year-old female who has long desired a more elegant and feminine nose. Specifically she does not like the wideness of her nasal bridge, and would like to have more nasal tip definition and smaller nostrils.
Rhinoplasty with mild reduction of the nasal dorsum, contouring of the nasal cartilages and placement of a layered cartilage tip graft (to increase tip projection), and nostril reduction. She was delighted with her new nose.
