Patient is a 26 year-old Asian female who desires a more elegant nose that better complements her facial features. Specifically she does not like the lack of her nasal projection and poorly defined nasal tip. She would also like the width of her nose decreased, but is very afraid of “looking like I’ve had a rhinoplasty”
Rhinoplasty with placement of dorsal silicone graft to increase dorsal projection, contouring of nasal tip cartilages, placement of columellar cartilaginous strut with nasal tip cartilage graft to increase tip projection and definition, and narrowing of nasal bones. Patient was delighted with the results.
