Patient is a 39-year-old female who has a long-standing desire for a more attractive nose. Specifically, she feels that she has her father’s nose that seems bulbous and masculine and wants the elegance of a more defined nasal tip and softer profile. She wants to maintain a soft appearance of her nose that does not look too sculpted, but complements her other facial features.
Rhinoplasty with nasal dorsal reduction, narrowing of the nasal bones, and sculpting of the nasal tip cartilages with reduction of the thickness of the nasal skin. The nasal tip was specifically designed to be rounded and soft to be in balance with her other facial features.
