Patient is a 30-year-old female who feels that her nose is too long and over-projecting, and lacks appropriate definition and elegance. She is also bothered by her “full face” that she wishes had more angularity and definition, especially along the jawline and neck. Lastly, she desires to address the deep wrinkle between her eyebrows and does not like getting Botox.
Rhinoplasty with lowering of dorsum, contouring of nasal cartilages, and reduction of tip projection. Patient also underwent endoscopic removal of corregator muscles, liposuction of neck and fat transfer to the face including lower eyes and tear trough, nasolabial folds, jawline and corners of the mouth for a total of 15.5cc.
