Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 17365755
Patient is a 37-year-old female with a long-standing desire for a more feminine and elegant appearing nose. She specifically does not the asymmetry of her nose, or the overly-projecting and broad nasal tip. She is quite conscious of her prominent and asymmetric nostrils and would like them to appear more even.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty with refinement of dorsal bump, and straightening and narrowing of nasal bones. She also underwent contouring of nasal tip cartilages and revision and equalization of nostrils. A fascial graft was placed at her radix (the top of the nasal dorsum) to make her nose appear more elegant. She is delighted with the result, stating it was exactly what she was looking for.
