Patient is a 24-year-old female who has long desired a straighter, more feminine nose with a perkier tip. She inherited her father’s nose that appears wide and very long with obvious external deviation. She wants her nose to appear shorter, softer, and cute.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, and reduction of dorsal hump with narrowing of the nasal bones to give her appropriate dorsal aesthetic lines. Her nasal tip cartilages were contoured and rotated to give her a much more feminine appearing nose.
