Patient is a 36-year-old female who desires a more elegant nose that complements her facial features. As long as she can remember she has not liked having her picture taken, especially the side view as she feels that her nose looks too big and masculine. She would like a more refined profile and more feminine nasal tip. She has thought of having this done as long as she can remember, but hesitated because she has wanted a very natural appearing result.
Rhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsum, contouring of nasal tip cartilages, and narrowing of nasal tip.
