Patient is a 36-year-old female who desired a more elegant version of her current nose. She felt that her nose was too wide and her tip was too bulbous and did not like the fact that it turned down when she smiled, especially in photographs. She liked the small bump on the side of her nose as it runs in her family and wanted to keep a small portion of it. She had difficulty breathing after an old injury and wanted to fix this as well.
Rhinoplasty with narrowing of the nasal bones, contouring and shortening of the nasal tip and placement of cartilaginous grafts to improve breathing. She was delighted with the result.
