Patient is a 16-year-old female who desired a more feminine and symmetric appearing nose. She avoided having her photo taken due to her perceived masculine profile, and her crooked nasal tip. She desired a straighter nose with a more feminine profile and nasal tip that would better complement her facial features.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, reduction of nasal dorsal hump, straightening of nasal bones, suture contouring of nasal tip cartilages, and placement of fascial and cartilaginous grafts to improve the nasal profile and provide long-term nasal support.
