Patient is a 25-year-old female who suffered a traumatic nasal fracture leaving her nose deviated and appearing different than she remembered. She would like her nose straight along with reduction of the nasal hump that has bothered her throughout her youth. She would like a more defined nasal tip that looks more elegant and makes her look prettier.
Rhinoplasty with correction of septal deviation, contouring of the nasal tip cartilages, and take down of dorsal hump with narrowing of the nasal bones to accentuate her facial features.
