Patient is a 24-year-old female who wants a softer, more feminine appearing nose. She feels that she was lucky enough to inherit her mother’s cheekbones and lips, but she also got her father’s family nose which consists of a mild dorsal hump, and a bulbous and over-projecting nasal tip. She desires a more attractive nose that better complements and accentuates her facial features.
Rhinoplasty with nasal hump reduction, narrowing of the nasal bones, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages with lessening of the nasal tip projection.
