Patient is a 23-year-old female who had long desired a less prominent and more feminine appearing nose. She felt that she had very pretty features despite her nose, and simply wanted a nose that better blended with her face and complemented her lips and eyes.
Rhinoplasty with softening of nasal hump, and de-projection of entire nasal structure making her nose shorter to better fit her facial features. Her nasal bones were narrowed with creation of dorsal aesthetic lines, and the nasal tip was contoured and narrowed through suture techniques. She is extremely happy with the result of her surgery with an incredible boost to her self-esteem. She is photographed at 7 months post-op.
