Patient is a 23-year-old female who desires a straighter and more feminine appearing nose. She has long been bothered by the asymmetry of her nasal bones, and feels that her nose is overly projecting and very unflattering in photographs. She hates to have her picture taken.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, refinement of nasal dorsum and straightening of nasal bones, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages with reduction of tip projection. Notice how the new nose beautifully complements and accentuates her facial features. She feels very pretty now.
