Patient is a 23-year-old female who was referred to our office from another rhinoplasty patient who was thrilled with her surgical results. This patient underwent a previous rhinoplasty with another surgeon and was unhappy with the outcome. She desired a smaller and less projecting nose that would better complement her features.
Revision rhinoplasty with take down of nasal dorsum and contouring of nasal bones, with reduction of nasal projection and refinement of nasal tip cartilages stabilized with internal cartilage grafts.
