Patient is a 27-year-old female who, for as long as she could remember, had been defined by her nose. She desires a softer and more feminine nose with a delicate tip and elegant profile.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty with straightening of deviated nasal septum and reduction of prominent dorsal hump. Her nasal tip was softened through suture techniques, and rotated by strategic placement of a cartilage graft that also served to accentuate her dorsal aesthetic lines. Notice how rotation and shortening of her nasal tip highlights her other facial features, and makes her lips appear more proportioned with the rest of her face. She said she feels beautiful. Photos were taken 5 weeks after surgery, relatively soon after her procedure and nose will significantly improve in appearance over the next 11 months.
