Patient is a 17-year-old female who desired a nose that appeared more feminine and more narrow with a tip that appeared less bulbous and more proportioned. She especially disliked how the columella hung low and that her nose pointed down when she smiled. She desired nostrils that appeared less prominent and symmetric.
Rhinoplasty with narrowing of the nasal bones, contouring of the nasal tip cartilages and placement of a nasal tip graft to give more definition and angularity which make the nose appear more feminine. She also had her nostrils reduced and made more symmetric. She was delighted with the result.
