Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 17363878
Patient is a 17-year-old female who came down from Alaska for a Rhinoplasty after submitting photographs online. Specifically, she did not like her wide and asymmetric appearing nose that gave her a more masculine appearance to her otherwise feminine facial features. She disliked her low-hanging columella that became more evident upon smiling, for which she was increasingly conscious about. She yearned for a smaller, straighter, and softer appearing nose that would better complement her facial features.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty and straightening and reduction of her nasal septum and nasal bones along with contouring of the nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. Her columella was reduced in order to shorten her nose and improve her nasolabial angle, evident by better visualization of her upper lip giving better proportion to her facial features.
