Patient is a 19 year-old-hispanic female who has long desired a prettier, more proportioned nose that better complements her facial features. She does not like the width of her nose along with her bulbous tip and very prominent nostrils. She has always been self-conscious of having her picture taken, especially from the side, as she has hated the bump and how her nose turns down when she smiles. She has always dreamed of an elegant nose with a delicate tip that looks beautiful and natural.
Rhinoplasty with reduction of the dorsal hump and narrowing of the nasal bones. She also underwent contouring of the tip cartilages and nostril reduction and placement of cartilage tip grafts to increase tip projection. She is absolutely in love with her new nose.
