Patient is a 25 year-old-female who desires a more elegant appearing nose that better accentuates her facial features. Specifically she does not like the bump on her nose or her nasal tip that is broad and lacks definition, both features which she attributes to her father. She would like a more feminine nose with a prettier profile; more like a model’s nose.
Rhinoplasty with elimination of dorsal hump, placement of cartilage grafts to equalize the dorsal aesthetic lines of the nose, and contouring of the nasal tip cartilages by excision and suture techniques. She is elated with her new nose.
