Patient is a 24-year-old female with a desire to have a more attractive nose. She did not like her profile as she felt that her nose had both a prominent hump and a short tip that lacked projection. She desired a nose that appeared prettier and better complemented her facial features while looking natural and unoperated upon.
Rhinoplasty with Septoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsal hump and narrowing of nasal bones, placement of cartilage strut to increase and maintain nasal tip projection, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages. She was extremely delighted with her results.
