Patient is a 27-year-old female who had a long standing desire for cosmetic improvement of her nose. She felt that her nasal bones were too wide and irregular, and that her tip lacked definition, and both made her appear a bit unrefined. She wanted a more elegant, more sculpted and defined nose that would better complement her facial features.
Rhinoplasty with reduction and narrowing of nasal bones, removal of a small dorsal hump, and refinement of the nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suturing techniques. She is absolutely delighted with her new appearance.
