Patient is a 27-year-old female who since she was a teenager, desired a more elegant appearing nose. She often avoided having her photo taken, as she disliked her profile and felt that her nose was too wide and detracted from her other facial features. Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, reduction of dorsal hump and contouring of nasal tip cartilages. The nasal bones were narrowed with establishment of dorsal aesthetic lines that complement the more refined nasal tip. She is delighted with the natural appearance of her new nose and the way it complements her eyes and lips while enhancing her cheekbones and jawline.
