Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 17363773
Patient is a 24-year-old female with a long-standing desire to change the appearance of her nose. She felt that her nose was very crooked, and disliked the hump apparent on her profile. She had always been self-conscious of her retracted nostrils, feeling that it made her nose look as though one could easily look inside. She wanted a nose that looked more symmetric, more feminine and elegant, and that complemented her otherwise very fine features.
Rhinoplasty with correction of deviated nasal septum, reduction of dorsal hump, contouring of nasal tip cartilages, and placement of cartilage and fascial grafts to improve the nasal profile and nostril aperatures. Note the elegant profile with placement of fascial graft at the radix of the nose (superior portion of nose between eyebrows).
