Patient is a 28-year-old female who desires to have a more attractive and proportioned nose that would better accentuate her facial features. She felt that her profile lacked, she had an over projecting nasal tip and she disliked the overall width of her nose. We agreed that the bulbouse tip of her nose took attention away from her naturally voluptuous lips. With her wedding on the horizon, she came to our office looking to feel more natural and beautiful on her special day.
Rhinopalsty with septoplasty with reduction of dorsal hump, straightening and narrowing of nasal bones, and refinement of nasal tip cartilages through suture and excisional techniques. Note how with the establishment of dorsal aesthetic lines and reduction of and overly projecting nasal tip, the face looks more proportioned, with more balance and accentuation of the patient’s bone structure, lips, and eyes. Photos were taken approximately 4 months post-surgery. She is elated with her result.
