Patient is a 20-year-old female who had been bothered by the width of her nasal bones and lack of definition of her nose. She did not like the bump on her nose and desired a more elegant nose with a prettier profile. She wanted to appear more attractive while maintaining the character of her face.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, narrowing and refinement of nasal bones and dorsum with creation of dorsal aesthetic lines. She also underwent contouring of the nasal tip cartilages to complete her rhinoplasty. She was delighted with the results.
