Patient is a 23-year-old Youtube star who wanted to achieve her dream nose for her upcoming wedding. She had always been very photogenic but had been bothered by her “family nose” that had a rather prominent bump with a nasal tip that plunged when she smiled. She desired a smaller and perkier nose that would better complement her facial features.
Procedure: Rhinoplasty with septoplasty with straightening of deviated nasal septum, reduction of dorsal hump and softening of nasal tip cartilages through suture techniques. Special attention was given to reconstituting her nasal dorsal aesthetic lines resulting in a nose that appears natural and unoperated on. She was ecstatic with her new nasal appearance and was photo-ready for her wedding. Photos were taken 3 months post-surgery and significant further definition of the nasal tip can be expected.
