This patient is a 21-year-old female who was looking to trade her nasal bump and full nasal tip with a more elegant shape. She desired a smaller, straighter nose that would better complement her other facial features.
Rhino/Septoplasty with repair of septal deviation, narrowing and straightening of nasal bones with removal of nasal dorsal hump, and contouring of the nasal tip through cartilage excision and suture techniques. She is absolutely delighted with her new nose. Photos are before and approximately 2.5 months post-op hence considerable decrease in the size of nose and increased tip definition can be expected until 1 year.
