Patient is a 21-year-old female with a long-standing desire to have a beautiful nose. She did not like the hump on her nose, and felt that the nasal tip was both broad and down-turned, especially in photos when she was smiling. She was aware of her otherwise attractive features, and wanted a nose that accentuates her eyes, cheekbones, and lips.
Rhinoplasty with septoplasty with reduction of large dorsal hump and placement of cartilaginous grafts for establishment of dorsal aesthetic lines and nasal tip support. She also underwent contouring of her nasal tip reduction of her nostrils. A fascial graft was placed at her deep radix (between the eyebrows at the top of the nasal bridge) to soften her profile and make it appear more feminine. She was over the moon with her post-operative result. She feels beautiful now.
