Patient is a 20-year-old female who desired to have a more refined nose with better tip definition. She had been bothered by the appearance of her profile in photographs, and had considered a rhinoplasty in the past, but had been hesitant as she wanted to maintain her ethnicity. She wanted a nose that better complemented her facial features without appearing “done”.
Rhinoplasty with reduction of dorsal hump, narrowing of nasal bones with refinement of dorsal aesthetic lines, and recontouring of nasal tip cartilages. Notice how the refinement of her nose highlights her cheekbones and lips without bringing attention to the surgical result. She was delighted with the result, and feels much more confident!
